Aphididae
The Black Citrus Aphid (Toxoptera aurantii) is a small black aphid species which can infest several species of trees, including citrus plants. This species is known to transmit the citrus tristeza virus (as well as other plant viruses) and can cause extensive damage. During feeding the aphids, at various development stages, appear to move in synchrony over a whole colony. Alatae are uncommon.
