Description: Small agaric, solitary, on pine
needles, under pine tree (Pinus halapensis) with
Pistaccia sp.
Pileus: Conical, coloured buff, dry, smooth
towards the centre striated at the margin,
diameter 6mm, height 5mm. Stipe: Pale honey coloured, pruinose near cap,
fragile, about 1mm diameter, 30mm height. Gills: Adnate, brown with white lined edge, l=1-3.
Microscopy: Pileocystidia: Absent. Pileipellis: Atomate (18-23µm diameter), with
thick walls. Cheilocystidia: Lageniform (43-51µm long,
12.5-16µm wide, 4.8-6.4µm tip), abundant. Pleurocystidia: Lageniform similar to
cheilocystidia. Caulocystidia: Present, lageniform, solitary or in
bundles. Basidia: 2, 3 & 4 spored (2-spored most
common). Gill trama: Regular to subregular inflated hyphae. Spores: Dark brown, ellipsoid, with germ pore; L=
(11.3) 11.8-13.2 (13.7)µm, W = 6.3-7.4µm,
Q=1.74-2.04, Qm=1.87
