Parasola conopilus (Fr.) Örstadius & E. Larss., 2008
Description: Small agarics, solitary to scattered, on soil under Acanthus mollis and/or amongst grass.

Pileus: Conical to campanulate, smooth but with fine striations towards the margin, pale buff to reddish brown in colour, hygrophanous, with fine setulae; diameter 9 - 20mm wide, height 10 - 15mm; velar remnants absent.
Stipe: White, fragile, hollow, pruinose near cap area, almost straight thickening slightly towards the base (+1-2mm at base), 2 - 5mm diameter, 70 - 84mm height.
Gills: Adnate, crowded, dark brown in colour, l=3-5.
Spore print: Dark brown to almost black.

Microscopy:
Pileipellis: Cellular with a lower layer of interwoven hyphae; setae present, coloured brown, 5-7µm thick, about 100 - >200µm length, thick-walled, thinning towards the tips.
Cheilocystidia: Utriform, some with inflated tips 39-52µm x 16-22.5µm, tip width 6-9.5µm.
Pleurocystidia: Absent.
Caulocystidia: Present, utriform to inflated cells, slightly smaller than cheilocystidia.
Spores: Ellipsoid, smooth with central germ pore (2.5-3.0µm); L= 13.0-16.4µm, W = 6.9-8.4µm, Q=1.65-2.01, Qm=1.88
