Araliaceae
The Common Ivy (Hedera helix) is an evergreen climber. It can often be seen growing over walls or creeping along the ground. The flowers attract several bee species and the hum of the insects as they fly from flower to flower is an indication of how useful this plant is. The fruits appear as purplish black rounded berries and are known to be poisonous.
